After the numerous controversies triggered in relation to the collection of signatures on the question referndario water-related public leaves no room for misunderstanding the position Italy of Values \u200b\u200bthat the Hon. Ivan Rota, the national organization responsible for IDV, we wanted to reiterate:

RE: REFERENDUM AGAINST PRIVATIZATION OF WATER

Dear Sirs,
reply to your letter of April 6 for us to specify the following :
1. The meeting requested by you has already happened not long ago in the seat IDV, and on that occasion you were right you did not want to have persisted in the presence of IDV a signatory party to the Supreme Court of the Organising Committee (so much so that Then, the placement of your questions, we have not inserted between the proponents and signatories);
2. IDV is not about to present a new referendum question on the privatization of water, but simply re-filed in the Supreme Court in proper form the referendum question that we have already filed last year on 17.12.2009 (OJ No 294, 18/12/2009) and now requires a new filing, we prepare to collect signatures in the new year. The filing today is therefore not a lack of respect towards you, but merely the continuation of a public activity that IDV has started last year (and then again before the deposit placed by you);
3. The referendum question proposed by us differs in essential points with respect to your question. We have great respect for your question but at the same time we would like to ask you the same respect for ours: the public will then evaluate the quality of either proposed or, as we hope, both;
4. Our legal advisers have considered the constitutional question and there you have pointed out that - since it is widely repeal of multiple provisions of the law - there is a real risk that the Constitutional Court to declare it inadmissible on the grounds of lack of legislation.
